Items ordered on our website are non-returnable due to seasonal nature of the items. However, in the case of damaged, defective or different items delivered to you, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement as applicable.
Damaged or defective items procedure
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please use the contact us form on our website to notify us about the defective item.
Refunds for damaged or defective items
We will notify you once we've received your message, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Order cancellations
You will be eligible to cancel any orders, before the orders have been prepared/processed for delivery. You can cancel any such eligible orders before the cancellation date, by logging into your account.
There are some orders that we will not be able to fulfill. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. We will contact you for cancelling your order and a full refund will be issued to you for any cancelled orders.
